Production Executive - 6 months FTC – Internal Secondment (with a potential to go permanent)

Nest Insight is a collaborative public benefit research unit set up by Nest Corporation. We’re working to understand the challenges people face in saving for their retirement, and to develop and test practical solutions in real world settings. Your new role
As the Production Executive, you’ll be supporting the creation of multiple research reports and communications.
Managing the process from start to finish, you’ll be working closely with Nest Insight colleagues, teams across Nest and the research units external partners. Working closely with external agencies and our in-house creative services team, you'll manage complex timelines, problem solve to keep projects on track and deliver reports and communications to the highest standards.
You’ll also help to create supporting communications to drive engagement with Nest Insights research, including social media assets, funding promotion materials, event materials and PowerPoint presentations.
You’ll be involved in enhancing and evolving Nest Insights use of copy, design and branding to ensure their research is shared in an engaging and accessible way with the widest possible audience.
You’ll report directly to the Nest Insight Communications Manager.
What you’ll need to succeed
It’s essential that you have excellent project & time management skills and the ability to juggle your time between multiple projects.
You’ll have a strong track record of design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of design and communications best practice.
You’ll have experience in being able to solve problems quickly and efficiently, thereby giving effective and clear communication to stakeholders at all levels.
You’ll have an outstanding communication style to influence senior colleagues and an ability of explaining complex analysis, results and conclusions to a non-expert audience.

The Change Programmes and Service Management (CPSM) directorate focus on assuring the running of the pension scheme and the improvements to the service and experience of our customers.
The directorate is compiled of six teams who work closely together and focus on distinct activities. These teams are; SAPE, scheme assurance, service delivery, testing and quality assurance, programmes, and delivery management.
This exciting role will be part of the Directorate Delivery team serving as a centralised function and working closely to drive forward priorities for the Director of Operations.
The CPSM Business Manager will be responsible for the delivery of effective governance structures and ad-hoc projects cutting across the teams within the department.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that the CPSM directorate meet their responsibilities by preparing paper, managing actions and task logs, and reporting on key business indicators across principal risks and operational metrics.
You’ll support the Directorate Delivery Manager and the Director of Operations on the longer-term strategic direction, including the integration with the wider Nest Experience directorate.
You’ll design and implement processes, policies and working practices across the directorate to meet external demands.
You’ll be reporting into the Directorate Delivery Manager.
You’ll have solid experience in a similar Business Manager role.
You’ll be enthusiastic about designing processes with a focus on milestones, deadlines, and delivery.
You’ll have broad project management skills and be able to effectively juggle multiple projects.
You’ll have good written, numerical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
Base salary around £42,000 plus Benefits on an FTC until June 2023.
For internal candidates the salary will be determined based on experience – Nest Level 2T.
